Mr. NCHS Q & A: Danny Rodgers

Maneesh Somisetty, Staff Writer

Q: What are you looking forward to about the show?

A: I am looking forward to making a fool of myself in front of all my classmates.

Q: What has been the most difficult part about preparing?

A: While filming my videos my car got stuck in a three foot tall snow bank and we had to shovel it out.  Right when the sunlight ran out we finally got it out of the snowbank.  That was fun.

Q: What was your favorite memory from preparing?

A: Filming the videos, running through the forest with a shark costume, and a person was walking their dogs and their dogs started barking at me. I thought I was going to die.

Q: How have the relationships with the other guys evolved through this process?

A: Whenever you share an experience like this with someone, you form some of the best relationships you’ve ever had.  I’d say us guys are pretty inseparable now.

Q: Can you tell us a little bit about what you are doing tomorrow?

A: I am playing a harmonica to a popular song I changed the lyrics to make it very relatable to most high school students.

Q: What did you decide to do this?

A: My brother did it two years ago, some people might remember him, and it just looked like a lot of fun.  Also one of my good friends Holden did it, and he kind of convinced me to do it.
