Naperville homes damaged, destroyed by tornado
The official start of summer made a dramatic entrance last night, as a late evening storm produced severe weather in the Chicagoland area, including a reported tornado that ripped through several suburbs, including southeast Naperville. The Ranchview neighborhood, home to District 203 families, was among the hardest hit.
Central Times staff members are among those surveying the damage and speaking with impacted residents today. Check back later for more of our coverage.
