Naperville Central’s football team continued their undefeated streak with a 7-14 win against Lincoln-Way West on Sept. 27. The team advanced to 5-0, while also clinching an IHSA State Series Playoff bid, ensuring their season continues into November. Lincoln-Way’s defense proved halting to Central’s running game. The Redhawks will next take on Lockport on Oct. 4.
